Pattern Repeater helps you search for stock chart patterns that repeat by comparing a selected market window with similar historical price shapes.
Repeating stock patterns are chart shapes that appear more than once across market history. A rally, pullback, consolidation, reversal, or breakout shape can show up in different stocks, sectors, and time periods. Pattern Repeater looks for those similar shapes so you can study earlier examples and inspect what happened next.
The goal is not to claim that markets repeat exactly. The goal is to make historical comparison faster: search a pattern, review similar windows, and compare the range of later outcomes.

Explore chart patternsUse Recent Search to find currently indexed windows that resemble the selected historical pattern.
Learn about Recent SearchThe app normalizes the selected chart window into a shape, searches indexed market history for comparable windows, and returns matches with their later outcomes. That makes it easier to ask practical research questions: how often did similar stock patterns lead to positive or negative moves, how large were the outcomes, and how closely did each historical window match the original shape?
You can search from an actual stock chart, use a built-in pattern template, or draw your own curve. Deep Search expands the candidate pool when you want broader historical coverage.
Named technical patterns are useful starting points, but Pattern Repeater also works with custom shapes. These pages explain several common pattern types you can use as historical comparison queries.
A single chart can look convincing in isolation. Historical search adds context by showing multiple comparable windows and their later moves. Pattern Repeater includes outcome summaries, match quality, duration, and distribution views so you can compare the selected pattern with a broader set of examples.
These results are evidence for research, not a trading signal. Similar stock chart patterns can have very different outcomes depending on the company, market regime, volatility, liquidity, and timing.
Do stocks repeat the same patterns? Stocks can form similar chart shapes across history, but no pattern repeats perfectly or guarantees the same outcome.
Can I search for pattern repeating stocks right now? Yes. Recent Search looks for active indexed windows that resemble a selected historical or drawn pattern.
What does match quality mean? Match quality summarizes how closely a historical window resembles the searched shape.
Why inspect several matches? A broader sample shows whether later outcomes were consistent, mixed, or contradictory.
