These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Pattern Repeater, a historical market-pattern search service. By using Pattern Repeater, you agree to these terms.

Informational Use Only

Pattern Repeater provides historical pattern analysis for research and informational purposes only. Pattern Repeater does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Results are not forecasts, recommendations, or guarantees. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Accounts and Feature Access

Google sign-in is optional for standard searching. Some features, including Deep Search and higher rate limits, require sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and should keep your Google account secure.

Market Data and Third-Party Services

Pattern Repeater may use Yahoo Finance, market data providers, Firebase/Google services, backend APIs, and locally indexed historical datasets. Third-party services and data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, adjusted, or inaccurate. Pattern Repeater is not responsible for third-party data or service interruptions.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, overload, scrape, or disrupt Pattern Repeater or its backend services.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
• Do not upload or submit malicious code, illegal content, or data you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use Pattern Repeater to build a competing dataset or service through automated extraction.

Rate Limits and Availability

Pattern Repeater may limit, throttle, suspend, or block usage that harms reliability, creates excessive load, violates these terms, or creates legal or security risk. Pattern Repeater may change, interrupt, or discontinue features at any time.

Intellectual Property

Pattern Repeater, including its interface, software, design, and branding, is owned by Pattern Repeater or its licensors. These terms do not grant rights to copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer Pattern Repeater except as allowed by applicable law or a written agreement.

User Data

You retain responsibility for the searches and data you submit. Pattern Repeater may process that data to provide the service, maintain security, apply rate limits, and improve reliability. Privacy controls and deletion/export requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

No Warranties

Pattern Repeater is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pattern Repeater disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pattern Repeater is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made using Pattern Repeater results.

Changes to These Terms

Pattern Repeater may update these terms as the product changes. The updated date above shows when this page was last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
